  Claridge House Nursing Home
Our House is Your Home for Good Reason

Claridge House in North Miami is a skilled nursing and rehabilitation center - what is commonly called a nursing home. For us, though, and the residents who either live in our facility or seek short-term rehabilitation, it's so much more. That's because we're a family-owned and operated center. We understand that what families need most is a warm, friendly atmosphere with excellent care in clean surroundings. In short, they need to feel they're getting in our house what they would get in their own home.

 about us

Claridge House is a two-story, 70,000 square-foot building nestled in a residential neighborhood in North Miami. It has been family-owned and independently operated since it was built in 1984 and it embraces a clearly defined philosophy that guides all that we do: This may be our house, but it is your home when you're with us.

For that reason, we're picky about who we hire. They need top-level skills, and they must be compassionate people.

So who stays at Claridge? Well, with 240 beds in semi-private and private rooms, we're able to accommodate a wide variety of people who need skilled nursing care and rehabilitation to help them achieve the highest possible level of function after an illness or surgery.

Some residents live with us full time. Others come to Claridge House for short-term rehabilitation.

You can learn much more about the therapies, clinical services and accommodations we offer right here on our website.

Of course, we understand that choosing a nursing home is accompanied by a wide range of emotions. That's why we encourage tours. You don't need an appointment. Just come by. We'll show you around, but just as importantly, we'll take time to listen. We'll advise you of various alternatives that may be available. And, if a nursing home setting is the right choice for your loved one, we'll take you through it step by step.
